A bit about us (me)

Hi, I’m Karlo — a mechanical engineer from Croatia with a passion for crafting. My journey began in 2016 when a Reddit post inspired me to make my first DM screen using nothing more than a soldering iron. That project sparked a love for woodworking and working with my hands, leading me to open an Etsy shop to justify making more creations.

One of my posts on Reddit gained unexpected traction, sustaining my small business for over three years while I balanced university life and work. During that time, I fulfilled over 450 orders and shipped my creations all over the world. It was an amazing experience to connect with customers from so many different places, all while sharing a passion for tabletop gaming. However, college and the COVID pandemic eventually forced me to pause.

After graduating and working as an engineer for a couple of years, I decided to return to my true passion: handcrafting. With encouragement from friends, family, and the help of a small business grant, I’ve reignited this dream. Now, I’m starting a new campaign, a new chapter, with an old character I created back in 2016.
